Read the instructions below to complete this application. Your application will be reviewed by the Directorship of Delphi Club and they will vote on whether or not you will be accepted as a probationary member of the Delphi Club.

If you are accepted as a probationary Delphi member your name will appear in the list of probationary Delphi Members on the Delphi Club Home Page.

When you’re done, save this file, then attach it to an AOL email addressed to Eden Lyn Taylor and hit send. Eden doesn’t block AOL email so you shouldn't have any problem sending.

GRAPHICS WARNING

Do NOT send obscene pictures of yourself. Exposure of breasts or the entire body is permissible for GGs or TSs at their discretion. Do NOT expose a male organ in your picture. If you do, your application WILL be deleted immediately.

This INCLUDES telephone numbers. If another member pushes you for or demands ANY personal information you don't want to provide, advise any member of the Directorship or any of the Senior members by AOL e-mail. You DO have a right to privacy and invasion of another member's personal privacy by any member of the Delphi Club cannot be tolerated.

DIRECTORSHIP DISCRETION NOTICE

There is NO guarantee that anyone who applies for membership in the Delphi Club will become a member of the Delphi Club. The Directorship does reserve the right to waive the probationary period for anyone they deem qualified for membership.
